I am pleased to be a participant in Site and Space in Southeast Asia, a two-year research initiative funded by the Getty Foundation, the Power Institute, Nanyang Technical University, the National Gallery of Singapore, and Dumbarton Oaks. Through collaborative, site-based research, the project explores the intersections of urban space, art, and culture in three cities: Penang, Yangon, and Hué.
